Usui Reiki Workshops
Usui Reiki Level 1

Spend a day learning the foundations of Usui Reiki in a peaceful, intimate setting surrounded by evergreen trees and open sky in the Catskills. This Level I workshop introduces the history and principles of Reiki and offers a practical, hands-on understanding of how this gentle healing energy can be used in everyday life. By the end of the day, participants are able to offer a full Reiki treatment to themselves and to others with confidence and clarity
During our time together, we will explore the origins and lineage of Usui Reiki, how Reiki supports the body’s natural healing response, and the traditional Japanese hand positions used for self-treatment and for treating others. The day also includes a guided meditation for grounding and stress release, an introduction to working with energy awareness and flow, and hands-on practice sessions between participants.
Each participant receives the Level I Reiki attunement, a process that gently opens the energetic pathways in the hands and supports the ability to channel Reiki.

The workshop is intentionally small and held in my home to create a calm and supportive learning environment. We begin with introductions and a short grounding meditation. A light breakfast is provided, and coffee, tea, and water are available throughout the day. Participants are welcome to bring a dish to share for lunch, and when the weather allows, we step outside for a short walk in the woods or quiet reflection.

A Certificate of Completion is provided at the end of the workshop.
Usui Reiki Level 2
Reiki Level II deepens your understanding of this healing practice and strengthens your ability to work with energy in a more intentional and focused way. This training is designed for students who have completed Reiki Level I and feel ready to expand their practice, learn the Reiki symbols, and develop greater confidence in offering both in-person and distance treatments.
During the day, we explore the traditional Reiki II symbols and their meaning, proper use, and practical application. These symbols support emotional balance, mental clarity, focused intention, and the ability to work with healing energy across distance. Participants are also introduced to several traditional Japanese Reiki techniques, including breath practices, energy clearing methods, and distance healing approaches. Each technique is demonstrated and practiced during the training.
Students receive the Reiki Level II attunement, which strengthens the ability to channel Reiki and work more deeply with the symbols. The day includes meditation, guided study, hands-on practice, and group distance healing, along with time for questions, reflection, and integration.

Advanced Reiki Training (ART)
Preparation for Master-Level Study
Advanced Reiki Training deepens your relationship with Reiki energy and prepares you for Master-level work. Building on the foundations of Levels I and II, this training refines energetic awareness, clarity, and presence in your practice. It is designed for committed practitioners who feel ready to deepen their understanding and continue developing their work with Reiki in a focused and mature learning environment.
During the day, we explore the Usui Master symbol (Dai Ko Myo), studying its meaning, traditional use, and how it expands and strengthens Reiki practice. Participants receive the Advanced Reiki attunement and are guided through practices that deepen energetic sensitivity and understanding of how Reiki is channeled.

The training also introduces meditation practices that strengthen focus and awareness of subtle energy, along with methods for working with crystals and Reiki grids to support ongoing healing and intention. Additional techniques such as Gassho meditation, moving meditation, and Reiki aura clearing are demonstrated and practiced together.

Reiki Master Training
Two—Day immersion

The Reiki Master training is a two-day immersion for practitioners who feel ready to carry the responsibility of teaching Reiki and offering attunements. This level is not simply about learning additional techniques; it is about understanding the structure, discipline, and integrity behind the Reiki lineage and the role of a teacher within it. Students who have completed Advanced Reiki Training (ART) may continue directly into Master-level study.
During the training, we study the Reiki Master symbols and their traditional use, and explore the deeper meaning and responsibility that comes with holding them. Participants receive the Reiki Master attunement and learn how attunements are structured and
transmitted. The class includes detailed instruction and supervised practice in giving Reiki I, Reiki II, Advanced Reiki Training, and Reiki Master attunements, allowing students to develop both clarity and confidence.

We also explore energetic practices that support Master-level work, including meditation techniques and methods that prepare the body and mind for refined energetic transmission. Instruction is also given on the appropriate use of distance healing and the principles of self-attunement.

The training is intentionally small to allow focused attention and guided practice. Each day begins with meditation and grounding. A light breakfast is provided, and coffee, tea, and water are available throughout the day. Participants are welcome to bring a dish to share for lunch, and when the weather allows, we take short breaks outdoors for quiet reflection or a walk in the woods.
The training is held in my home in Woodstock, New York, offering a contained and supportive environment for deep study.
Master-level training requires dedication and continued practice. This course is intended for those who feel called to teach, to hold the Reiki lineage responsibly, or to deepen their personal mastery of the practice.
A Reiki Master Certificate is provided upon completion.
